Geoff’s and Cleveland

Posted by Euge on Jun 9, 2009 in Uncategorized |

We got to Geoff’s house around midnight, after telling him we would be there at 9.  It has been a long time since I (Eugene) have seen Geoff, and it was really good to finally do so.  We talked and laughed, like I always do around Geoff, and went to bed pretty late.

So, it is really hard to eat healthy on the road.  Geoff made us an all american bacon egg and cheese sandwich with cayenne pepper dressing.  Damn good, but man does it bring on a stomach ache.

After breakfast I got my slackline out of the car and off to the park we went!  We set up two lines: a short one and a MASSIVELY long one – MAN, Geoff went to war and came out with wounds (check out the pictures).

Next stop was a market outside of Cleveland for some fresh locally grown produce – inluding prickly pear fruit that i am still picking out of my palms.

Back in the car for the 6 hour drive to Dave’s place in Chicago.

Aleksey, did you make it across the line safe and sound?

Keep the posts coming! Nice to read about your trip and see pictures! Much more fascinating than my 9-5 job. :0)
